KFC is set to introduce exclusive menu items that cannot be found in its regular restaurants through a unique pop-up event in Sydney. This limited-time experience, called The Colonel’s Spice House, will take place on Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6, at Spice Alley.
This pop-up celebrates the return of KFC’s Hot and Spicy range, which has not been available for two years. Sydney residents will have the rare opportunity to sample new dishes that are not part of the standard KFC menu.
KFC collaborated with popular chef and TikTok influencer Vincent Yeow Lim, known as Dimsimlim, to create this special menu. Tami Cunningham, CMO at KFC Australia, expressed excitement about the event: “The Colonel’s Spice House will offer a truly memorable dining experience with an exciting menu designed around Hot & Spicy chicken.”
Among the highlights of the menu is the 11 Spice Sauce, touted as the hottest sauce ever offered by KFC. Other items include Hot and Spicy Drumsticks and Mixed Pieces served with a selection of six sauces.
Diners can also enjoy The Zing Leader, which comes with coleslaw and Blazen’ Hot Sauce, along with Wicked Wings featuring Extra Zing.
Dessert lovers will not be left out; KFC is introducing a spicy twist on its classic mousse called Zinger Chocolate Mousse, complemented by a world-first spicy and sweet Zinger Sundae Sauce.
Tickets for The Colonel’s Spice House will be available this week for $30 (plus booking fees) via Moshtix. Proceeds from ticket sales will support mental health initiatives through organizations like the KFC Youth Foundation, Black Dog Institute, and ReachOut Australia. Tickets for Saturday will go on sale at 11:11 AM on Wednesday, while Sunday tickets will be available at the same time on Thursday.
The Hot and Spicy range will also be available in KFC restaurants nationwide from October 1 to 28. This range first debuted in Australia in 1991 and was last offered in 2022.
